Oh my goodness! Saturday, after my grandsons game, I took my mom to Panera for some soup and sweets! The young ladies running the drive thru went over and above with customer service! Please give them a raise! We were there at about 11:30/12.

Thank you Telegraph/12 Mile Southfield Panera Bread! My first ever Tomato Basil BLT Sandwich was even better than expected. Ingredients were so fresh making the sandwich delicious. Even though I modified a few things it was EXACTLY as ordered! They even wrapped each half separately (p/my special instructions). Half for tonight, half for an early flight tomorrow morning. I ordered online from the parking lot at 8pm for Cafe Pickup on my way home. It was ready in five minutes! Modifications? I ordered it on Country Rustic Sourdough (instead of Tomato Basil Bread), added Basil, Cilantro, Red Onion. Minus Garlic Aioli (I opted to spread a little avocado mayo at home). Can't wait to eat the other half tomorrow and to order it again soon. ATTN Management please thank whomever put together Order 1108642959 5/30/24 at 806 PM for me. A female put it on the counter and called my name (if that helps).

Today was a rainy cold day to travel out for comfort food. Panera Bread was a perfect stop with a drive-in option without having to venture out into the elements. Accuracy matters especially in the drive through. They got my order right! Tidings of comfort food was the craving! The pick 2 option hit the spot. I chose the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Warm Bowl and the Creamy Tomato Soup. Both were delicious and reminded me of my childhood/youth comfort food. These came complete with croutons and baguette bread. The only thing that could have improved this meal would have been warm bread. The Panera Bread app is worth the rewards and offers. Today I claimed a FREE cookie for my birthday! This made me happy I love that Panera Bread donates their unsold baked goods to feed our neighbors in need.

I do frequent this place often and I've never had any complaints. The staff is courteous, nice, and hasn't his customer service skills. The food is always fresh and delicious... and this place just doesn't miss! I've only sat down and ate inside one time before but that was years before the pandemic, so I'll have to come do it again sometime soon. I did recently find out that the pain green tea comes in a bottle now, so that was different. Other than that I usually try to try something different everytime, but more times than not i just end up getting my go to meal... (turkey, bacon, bravo a cup of turkey chili or broccoli cheese soup. Good pickup!

Since the Southfield stretch of telegraph road doesn't have much good food options. This is probably the best place to get lunch and dinner with good value. I don't like their bakery, Meijer taste better. Sandwiches and soups have pretty good portion with decent price in today's economy
